Returns and Echanges

All of my artwork is made to order - for this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock. 

Faulty or Damaged

Unfortunately in very rare cases accidents happen, if you receive your artwork with any damage, please provide images of the packaging and the artwork as soon as you receive your art and we will get a new artwork out to you ASAP. Please email hello@danellasart.com.au.
