Shipping policy

  • We use a variety of different freight companies depending on the size and the item being shipped, for this reason we are unable to accept P O Boxes as a delivery address.
  • All parcels require a signature, please ensure someone is at home to sign.
  • You can request authority to leave, however we will not be liable in any way for a loss or damage to your parcel.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • The purchaser is responsible for tracking their shipment. If the parcel is not collected from the designated outlet and is returned to us, the purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item.
  • Large paintings can take 2-3 weeks to arrive if you live in rural areas.

  • Please allow upto 5 business days for your original to be shipped.

PRINTS

  • Please allow upto 10 business days for your print to be shipped.

NZ and USA Shipping

We have some unstretched sizes under Canvas Prints available to be shipped to New Zealand and United States.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    • Feel free to reach out—we may be able to send certain art pieces unstretched and rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube, ready for stretching and framing by your local framer.
    • We cannot be held financially responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order.
